The Youth Development pillar of the NEPGA REACH Foundation is dedicated to providing young athletes with the opportunity to learn and excel in the game of golf. By creating engaging programs and fostering a supportive environment, we aim to develop not only skilled golfers but also confident individuals who embody the values of sportsmanship and integrity.

The New England PGA Junior Tour, founded in 1995, established a goal to help develop younger golfers as well as provide outstanding competitions on a local level
PGA Jr. League exists to bring communities together through fun, team golf experiences… plus those experiences that transcend golf itself, like friendships that last for years to come or a newfound sense of confidence.
Participants compete in all three skills (Drive, Chip and Putt) and hit three shots per skill for a total of nine shots. Points are accumulated per shot at each skill. The overall champion in each division is determined by the participant with the most points accumulated between all three skills.
We believe golf is the ultimate classroom for character. From learning integrity on the green to building confidence through competition, our youth programs are designed to empower young athletes with the life skills they need to succeed long after they leave the course.
